All regular salaried McNeal Professional Services employees are eligible for these benefits. The effective date of coverage is the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

  • Dental Insurance: MPS provides comprehensive dental coverage available to you and your family.
  • Direct Deposit: Your paycheck may be directly deposited into one or more bank accounts. No more standing in line on pay day!
  • 401 (k) Plan: MPS provides a tax advantage retirement supplement that lets you save for retirement with before-tax dollars.
  • Health Insurance: Medical Insurance-MPS provides comprehensive Medical POS and PPO plans available to you and your family. The company pays a portion and the employee pays a portion. All MPS full time employees are eligible on the 1st of the month following 30 days.
  • Life Insurance: MPS provides life insurance coverage benefits.
  • Paid Holidays: The Company observes certain holidays and pays associates regular salaries for those days when the MPS office is closed: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
  • Short Term Disability: The Company offers a voluntary short term disability plan.
  • Social Security: MPS matches your contribution to the Social Security fund.
