Program Manager CMSgt Ret Gary Coley

Program Manager, Gary Coley, has more than 30 years of Engineering and Installation experience. As the EI Program Manager, he provides Business Development for the company Telecommunications Division meeting with potential customers and attending conferences. He provides technical engineering planning and consulting services, broad-gauge technical solution and broad-gauge cost estimates when required by the customer. He accomplished the technical input for Telecommunication and IT Proposals and accomplished detailed engineering for project installation. During the installation phase he accomplished Project Management and the quality assurance reviews. He has also served as the Project Manager/Engineering Technician Supervisor for the 202 Engineering Installation Squadron, responsible for providing program management for all base technical engineering planning and consulting services, broad-gauge technical solution and broad-gauge cost estimates as required to support major CYBER systems. Collaborated with Base Communications Flight Plans and Implementation Office, Base Civil Engineering and other base agencies in the development and maintenance of the Base Cyber Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS) Systems Blueprint identifying the current status of the bases' Cyber systems, lists known shortfalls, outline a future (target architecture) configuration and develop a migration plan. Required to interpret Air Force, Major Command, DoD and Air National Guard guidance for preparation of planning and funding strategies. Responsible for the development of short and long-term planning, programming, and funding strategies for Command and Control, Communications, Computer and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems. Responsible for insuring ANG communications and computer systems programs are integrated and implemented through cost-effective solutions. Develop detailed plans, recommend priorities for projects, prepare budgetary justifications and coordinate the allocation of resources.
