Technical Services
McNeal is a solution provider of life cycle solutions for engineering, technical and consulting services in response to Department of Defense requirements. Key areas of focus include systems integration & support, capabilities/combat development and management, and life cycle optimization and engineering. McNeal’s staff is made up of Air National Guard and retired military professionals with over 100 years of combined experience in the telecommunications, information technology and information assurance fields.
 

McNeal can provide expertise with integrating complete systems of all sizes, bringing to bear our many years of technical expertise and broad experience in the environments in which the systems will be used, as well as strong proven systems integration and program management processes and skills. We can provide the experts who will shepherd the program from the vision stage to the fielding process, to include technical writers to develop capabilities documents, doctrine, manpower estimates, etc., to the on-site training for fielded systems.

We also provide specific technical expertise and institutional knowledge in the extensively interrelated areas of personnel proponent policies, table of organization and equipment (TO&E) development, force structure design, and force modernization as they affect the life-cycle management of the future and current organizational structure, acquisition, individual training, education, distribution, unit deployment, sustainment, professional development, and separation of Army personnel.
 

Training
McNeal is a capable developer and provider of full service, integrated training solutions for government agencies and military organizations. We have experience personnel who have successfully managed complex training programs for the Signal Center of Excellence, Ft Gordon Georgia. We deliver a comprehensive menu of training solutions and services based on proven training expertise and processes that help our customers achieve measurable operational advantages, improved readiness and enhanced performance, while optimizing efficiencies and reducing costs.

McNeal utilizes subject matter experts, effective training practices and appropriate technology to give you and your organization the training when and where it is needed.
We have the experience and personnel to provide quality instruction to students in a wide variety of Military Occupational Skills (MOS) for Enlisted, Non-Commissioned Officers, and Warrant Officers as well as Areas of Concentration (AOC) and Functional Area (FA) training for Commissioned Officers.
 

Information Systems
McNeal provides expertise and personnel for information technology project management including software & application development, operations, support services, business solutions, systems security risk compliance, and IT processes. Our teams are integral in the assessing and planning business unit needs for IT and recommending strategic and tactical solutions that achieve the appropriate return of investment.

Our Cyber Network & Security Services team is truly a converged organization made up of network engineers and IT professionals. We can help you realize the value and benefits of manufacturing convergence and help negate the impacts that can sometimes occur when systems are not properly designed or deployed. No matter where you are in your control system lifecycle, our Network Specialists collaborate with you allowing you to achieve your production and business goals.
