Randy Ratliff - Director of Operations and Engineering

Director of Operations and Engineering, Randy Ratliff has more than 30 years of Domestic and International Engineering and Project Management experience and is responsible for multiple patents relating to wireless products. As the Director of Operations and Engineering for both ODAS (Outside Distributed Antenna Systems) and IDAS (Indoor Distributed Antenna Systems), he provides management oversight for the Engineering and Installation group. He also provides detailed plans for RF solutions, technical engineering design, consulting services, solutions for multiple coverage and capacity requirements as well as develops training programs for his staff. Additionally, he provides management and support for the RF Design and CW/Benchmarking teams. Randy has designed, managed, and commissioned multitudes of ODAS and IDAS projects during his career.
