2005
- McNeal Joins NACCB (National Association for Computer Consulting Businesses) - a professional organization made up of IT Staffing Firms.
2004
- Moved into state-of-the-art 5200 square feet technology facility to accommodate growth.
- Hired several recruiters to assist with the volume of requisitions in the staffing division.
- McNeal accepted into the Governor’s Mentor Protégé Program .

2002
- Certified as a Minority Business Enterprise though the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council.
- Certified as a Women Business Enterprise though the Women's Business Enterprise Council.
